Performance Improvement of Grid-Connected Induction Motors through an Auxiliary Winding Set

چکیده

A technique to improve the performance of grid-connected induction motors by exploiting an auxiliary winding set is proposed in this paper. This features same distribution main winding, although with a reduced number turns and it fed inverter fraction power comparison rated size motor. As shown paper, through possible machine factor, increasing efficiency conversion system mitigating speed oscillations due torque disturbances. mitigation grid current peaks motor start-up obtainable. First, theoretically introduced, then feasibility assessment accomplished simulations.
